β¦ Synopsis
GTEM-cell (giga-hertz transversal electromagnetic cell) structure was used to test the immunity of the TV and FM/ AM receiver. It has uniform electromagnetic field in the area where the equipment under test (EUT) is placed. The loaded and unloaded GTEM-cell is modeled by finite element method. Voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) and return loss of the GTEM cell were measured, as well as the field distribution inside the cell with the probe. The insertion of the TV monitor changes the electric field, so the measured results must be calibrated. The tested TV monitor and FM/AM receiver did meet the standard requirements.

An interferon-gamma ELISPOT assay has been developed for assessment of cellular immune responses to Varicella-Zoster Virus (VZV) in large, multi-center clinical vaccine trials. We show that the assay performed best when testing peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) that had been isolated and th
