Extracellular laccase produced by the wood-rotting fungus Cerrena unicolor was immobilized covalently via glutaraldehyde to cellulose-based carrier Granocel. Laccase was partially purified by membrane concentration and diafiltration followed by precipitation with acetone. Five-fold increase in the m
