โœฆ Synopsis

Triehoderma reesei cells were immobilized by radiation polymerization 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate monomer at io} ~ temperature.

Cellulase production resulting from the growth of the cells in the porous polymer matrix of immobilized cell composites was eonfirmed by measuring the cellulase activity and pH during the culture.

Transparent films containing an iron-porphyrin complex were synthesized by ~'ยฐCo 7-ray irradiation of aqueous solutions of iron-porphyrin complex and a water soluble monomer such as 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate or l-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone. The iron(lI)-porphyrin complex was immobilized in the film by cov
