P-Glucuronidases have been used in the characterization of natural products' anc in the preparation of samples prior to the estimation of urinary steroids.'

In the clinical analysis of steroid hormones it is possible that use of an immobilized enzyme may have advantages over use of the soluble enzyme. We have studied the coupling of P-glucuronidase from limpet (Patella vulgata) on hornblende,' on Enzacryl-TIO, and on porous glass, and in this communication we present the results.
