β¦ Synopsis
An interactive graphic software package for pharmacokinetic analysis of data is presented. These programs, with the help of graphic computing techniques, allow the determination of pharmacokinetic parameters (transfer rate constants, disposition constants, volume of distribution, total body clearance, area under time-concentration curve, half-life, etc.) for one-, two-, and three-compartment open models, after intravenous or extravascular dose administration. Using the parameters obtained after a single-dose administration it is also possible to simulate numerically and graphically the time-concentration curve after different doses administered at different time intervals.

A real-time, machine-independent software for the analysis and manipulation of sequence data is described. The implemented system allows users to read in sequence data from existing data bases, and to edit, manipulate, analyse and align them. It is easy to use and is suitable for routine investigati
