This volume contains papers from the International Conference on Cyberworlds (CW 2005: Singapore) and from two workshops on Language Understanding and Agents for Real World Interaction (LUAR 2005) and Web Computing in Cyberworlds (WCCW 2005). Three invited talks discuss cyberworld modeling (integrating cyberworlds, the real world and conceptual worlds), cybermedicine (what is possible and is it useful?), and mixing reality and human centered media.
