✦ Synopsis

Abstract

We report a case of hypothenar hammer syndrome following a single severe blunt trauma in a 24‐year‐old man with a painful pulsatile mass, numbness in the fourth and fifth fingers, and intolerance to cold. The gray‐scale and color Doppler sonographic findings are presented with correlation with MRI. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Clin Ultrasound, 2008
