✦ Synopsis

Abstract

A case report is presented here in which Hodgkin's disease with persistent hypoglycemia and hyperinsulinemia was present requiring constant 10% glucose infusions to prevent symptoms. Subtotal pancreatectomy with excision of adjacent Hodgkin's disease has relieved hypoglycemia and hyperinsulinemia.
