We report high resolution study of the H G โ„ข F G infrared transition of Pr :CsCdBr . Well resolved nuclear 4 1 3 3 3 hyperfine structure was found. Its shape suggests the presence of a small low symmetry perturbation at the Pr 3q site. From ลฝ 6 .

3 ลฝ . the observed hyperfine structure, magnetic field at the nucleus 0.95 P 10 Oe and magnetic g-factor of the F G level 3 3 ลฝ . 3.36 were determined.
