Three cases of megakaryoblastic transformation of chronic granulocytic leukemia (CGL) are reported. In each case, the leukemic transformation had morphologic features suggesting megakaryocytic differentiation. This was confirmed by positive immunostaining with a monoclonal antibody (HP1-1D) specific
