The -Fe 2 O 3 particles with nanometer size have been hydrothermally synthesized using 2-methoxyethanol (MOE)-H 2 O mixed solvent and acetylacetone(Hacac) as additive from iron(II) 2-methoxyethoxides (Fe(MOEO) 2 ). The typical reaction conditions are as follows: reaction temperature 140°C reaction t
