โœฆ Synopsis

Abstract

Here, we introduce a series of 14 papers generated from a symposium related to hydrogeomorphology that was part of the Fifth International Conference on Geomorphology. Additionally, recent developments in hydrogeomorphology are highlighted, particularly with respect to research in Japan. Linkages are drawn between natural hazards and the necessity to focus on hydrogeomorphic processes. Future research needs are discussed in the areas of temporal and spatial patterns of water and sediment dynamics, including the effects of distributed land management practices and interactions with natural hazards. ## Abstract Mild Parkinsonian signs (MPS) include gait and balance changes, rigidity, bradykinesia, and tremor. MPS can occur commonly during the clinical examination of older people who do not have known neurological disease, with prevalence estimates for MPS as a whole ranging from 15% to 95%. MP

The processing and properties of cemented carbides are highly dependent on the basic nature of the component, i.e. hard carbide and soft metal binder phases. The present overview covers the nature of refractory carbides and binders, phase equilibria, and sintering and mechanical properties. The role
