β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
Hydrogen production by partial oxidation and steam reforming (POSR) of nβoctane was investigated over aluminaβsupported Ni and NiβPd catalysts. It showed that NiβPd/Al~2~O~3~ had higher activity and hydrogen selectivity than the nickel catalyst under the experimental conditions, which indicated NiβPd/Al~2~O~3~ could be an effective catalyst for the production of hydrogen from hydrocarbons.
