β¦ Synopsis
03 Gaseous fuels (sources, properties, recovety, treatment) results suggest that the particle break-up that occurred on Raney Fe was along the narrow crack and did not cause continuous formation of powders. However, the varying distribution of the catalyst particle had a slight effect on the activity of the slurry F-T reaction. In this point, Raney Fe was superior to precipitated Fe in the separation from waxes during the recovery of the catalyst.

Gasification involves the conversion of carbon sources without combustion to syngas, which can be used as a fuel itself or further processed to synthetic fuels. The technology provides a potentially more efficient means of energy generation than direct combustion. This book provides an overview of g
