Abstract

Modified nuclear recoil techniques have been used to obtain accurate relative bimolecular rate coefficients for thermally induced hydrogen abstraction reactions by atomic fluorine. New results are reported for 12 hydrocarbons and partially fluorinated hydrocarbons studied at 303°K.
