โœฆ Synopsis


A supracondylar spur with its associated Struthers' ligament is a rare cause of compression of the brachial artery and median nerve at the supracondylar region of the humerus. This paper records five cases, four of which have undergone surgical decompression with complete recovery.

L'apophyse sus-dpitrochldenne et la bandelette de Struthers reprdsentent une anomalie anatomique rare pouvant entraFner une compression de l'artkre humdrale et du nerf mddian dans la rdgion supra-trochldenne de l'humdrus.
