We report the perinatal presentation and evolution of Netherton's syndrome in siblings. The first patient, a female infant, presented with asphyxia at birth due to aspiration of desquamated scale, non-bullous ichthyosiform erythroderma, and hypernatraemic dehydration which she had for several days.
