## Abstract Reversed‐phase HPLC was optimised for simultaneous determination of several derivatives of benzoic and hydroxycinnamic acids (so‐called phenolic acids) in plums using a commercially available monolithic column. Mobile phase pH and concentration of organic modifier (methanol and acetonit
