✦ Synopsis

Examples are given showing that present-day density functional theory Ε½ . DFT functionals give useful results for neutral closed-shell molecules of low atomic number. For high Z, high charge, or systems with large configuration mixing, present functionals are less useful.

## Abstract Research on successful change often leads to a normative model. What was an empirical outcome becomes a prescription for action. In water management, research on platforms for decision‐making, multi‐stakeholder processes, social learning, and participatory interventions seems to have ma

We study the phase structure and equation of state for two-flavor quark matter at low temperature under compact star constraints within a nonlocal chiral quark model. We find that the occurrence of a two-flavor color superconducting (2SC) phase is sensitive to variations of both the formfactor of th
