As a user of natural gas in five states, Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corporation has, with regard to energy, reacted to the changing regulatory climate, to the changing availability of supply, to the rapidly changing price of natural gas, and to the rapidly changing technologies that havc become available-at a significant capital cost-to conserve.
