โฆ Synopsis
The relations between inhomogeneous and homogeneous quantum-mechanical master equations with and without high-temperature approximation are discussed. A simplified, general procedure is given for the conversion of the standard (high-temperature) inhomogeneous master equation into a homogeneous equation.
