What would you do if you and a boy you hardly knew had to find a skull which protects the country?
Ava and Tal are not short of ideas but nothing is as easy as it seems. Time is against them because three other people want it, too, but after some ingenious problem-solving they manage to fulfill the old man's request.
But by moving the skull to safety, they leave the country unprotected and they risk their lives to return it to its appointed place. But as danger encroaches, the time for logic is over and only Tal's untested powers can save the day.
