✦ Synopsis

A Quantum Spin-Liquid state, which is a straightforward extension of the RVB state, is presented. This state is characterized by two phase factors which are assigned to each nearest-neighbor singlet bond. We study effects of the phase factors on the motion of a hole and on its surrounding spins.
