## Abstract ## Background Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most potent antigen‐presenting cells in initiating primary immune responses. Given the unique properties of DCs, gene‐modified DCs represent a particularly attractive approach for immunotherapy of diseases such as cancer. ## Methods Gene‐mo
