## Abstract We investigated point mutational activation of the __ras__ genes (Kβ__ras__ codons 12, 13 and 61; Nβ__ras__ codons 12, 13 and 61; Hβ__ras__ codons 12 and 61) in primary, resected lung cancer by dot blotting and oligonucleotide hybridization. Kβ__ras__ mutations were found in 14 (29%) of
