## Abstract Neuronal intranuclear inclusion disease (NIID) is a rare neurodegenerative disorder with a heterogeneous clinical picture characterized by the presence of eosinophilic intranuclear inclusions in neuronal and glial cells. We describe a case, reported 12 years ago as dopa‐responsive dysto
