## Abstract Cathode catalysts for polymer electrolyte fuel cells (PEFCs) are prepared by depositing Pt nanoparticles on carbon nanospheres (CNSs) and graphitised carbon nanospheres (GCNSs), and their corrosion‐tolerance and electrocatalytic activities for the oxygen reduction reaction are evaluated
