## Abstract Under catalysis of diphenylphosphate, tryptamine undergoes a two‐step one‐pot reaction with 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds and α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes to give the title compounds bearing two chiral centers as almost single diastereomers (< 95% d.e.).
