The resistivity and Seebeck coefficients of YBaCo 2Γx Fe x O 5+d (0pxp0.8) were measured from room temperature (RT) to 800 1C. It was found that all compositions behave as p-type semiconductors in the temperature range of RT-300 1C. When temperature is above about 300 1C, both electrical resistivity
This paper presents the results of the investigations on electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power of \(\mathrm{YBa}_{2} \mathrm{Cu}_{3} \mathrm{O}_{7-y}\) as a function of temperature ( \(680-1170 \mathrm{~K}\) ) and oxygen pressure ( \(10^{5}-30 \mathrm{~Pa}\) ) at thermodynamic equilibrium
The results of thermoelectric power (S f ) and electrical resistivity Γ°r f Γ measurements connected with the temperature unstable valence of Ce are presented for the compounds CeNi, CeNi 2 and CeNi 2 Si 2 in the temperature range of 4-800 K. It is shown that S f Γ°TΓ and r f Γ°TΓ are well described in
