β¦ Synopsis
A new method is described for the separation, tentative identijcation and quantitation of Heroin, 06-Monoacetylmorphine HC1 (6-MAM HCL) and Morphine utilizing high pressure liquid adsorption chromatography. The analysis is rapidly performed, requires little sample preparation, provides two independent criteria for identijcation, and the separated components can be collected in apure state for further analysis.
