Abstract
The high‐resolution stimulated Raman spectrum of the 2ν~10~ band located at 1664.16 cm^−1^ of C~2~H~4~ has been reanalyzed, thanks to the tensorial formalism developed in Dijon for X~2~Y~4~ asymmetric‐top molecules. A total of 191 lines were assigned and fitted as a single band without including perturbations such as Fermi or Coriolis coupling constants. We obtained a global root mean square deviation of 8.5 × 10^−3^ cm^−1^. Further investigations are required to include interactions with the ν~2~ and ν~7~ + ν~10~ bands. The high-resolution Fourier transform spectrum of the DO 35 Cl molecule was recorded and analyzed in the region of the two lowest D-O overtone bands, 2ν 1 and 3ν 1 . Because of the presence of strong resonance interactions, the influence of the (130) state on the (200) state, and also that of the (
Using new high-resolution Fourier transform spectra recorded at the University of Denver in the 2-m region, a new and more extended analysis of the 2 1 ϩ 3 and 3 3 bands of nitrogen dioxide, located at 4179.9374 and 4754.2039 cm Ϫ1 , respectively, has been performed. The spin-rotation energy levels
