✦ Synopsis


The n {1 4 / 2n 0 6 and n |1 4 / 2n {2 6 perpendicular components and the n {1 4 / 2n {2 6 parallel component of the CH 3 79 Br isotopomer have been found and studied in high resolution ( 0.006 cm 01 ) . Both perpendicular components are linked altogether and also to the n 2 / n 3 / n 4 band by anharmonic resonances. A model taking these anharmonic resonances and l ( 2,2 ) resonances into account has been used. It allowed to obtain a r.m.s. deviation of 0.0065 cm 01 in a least squares fit over 1327 lines ( 46 being zero-weighted ) belonging to the three components of n 4 / 2n 6 and to the calculated K DK Å 01 sub-band of n 2 / n 3 / n 4 deduced from the corresponding observed subband of n 2 / n 3 / n 4 0 n 3 .
