## Abstract Hybrid optical films of TiO~2~‐triethoxysilane‐capped polythiourethane (TCPTU) with high refractive indices have been prepared via an in situ sol‐gel method. The high refractive index triethoxysilane‐capped polythiourethane (TCPTU) was synthesized by polyaddition of the triethoxysilane‐
