โœฆ Synopsis

performance than commercial products, and they are less expensive. Delays of 5 s are demonstrated, with an SFDR of up to 60 dB, in a 200 MHz bandwidth, up to 1.5 GHz modulation band. The links demonstrate extremely low group delays of 50 ps, and very good amplitude-matching characteristics. A wide-frequency bandwidth of up to 6 GHz is also reported, which results in a pulse response of 120 ps, with very low pulse distortionss. The performance of the links reaches currently known theoretical limits.

Despite the fact that very different lasers are used, good amplitude and phase matching of the fiber links are obtained, proving their applicability in arrayed-antenna systems. Using lasers from the same wafer would even further improve the matching, and would result in virtually unnoticeable amplitude and phase differences between channels.

## Abstract In this paper, for the first time, a novel physical structure of planar spiral inductors fabricated on a multilayered Bragg reflector is proposed. The multilayered Bragg reflector (BR) was fabricated on Si substrate. The effects of the multilayered Bragg reflector and inductor patterns
