Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease, also known as histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis, is an uncommon, idiopathic, generally self-limiting cause of lymphadenopathy. It commonly presents with cervical lymphadenopathy in Asian females, and typically runs a benign course that resolves spontaneously in weeks to
