The high pressure diaphragm pump is not inexpensive, but it is very economical and, from an ecological point of view, it produces a satisfactory solution for metering and general pumping applications. Comparison with other pump designs
show that diaphragm pumps with hydraulically actuated diaphragms are also highly e~cient.
