✦ Synopsis
as Cu2+ orV02+. Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) merely as a detector has been used previously to detect certain spin trapped amino acid radicals [2], the eluting components from the column passing through a capillary tube within the EPR cavity. We report the construction of a flow cell which has enabled us to use the spectrometer as a specific detector and for obtaining EPR spectra of components.
