The application of high-pressure liquid chromatography to the separation and quantitative analysis of certain combinations of adrenergic and antihistaminic compounds in pharmaceutical dosage forms is demonstrated. The analysis of (a) phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate, (b
