A new and simplified high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the determination of the antiestrogenic drug tamoxifen (TAM) and its desmethylated and hydroxylated metabolites in human plasma is described. Specific and sensitive fluorescence detection is achieved by "on-line" photoche
