## Abstract **Summary:** Suspension polymerization yielded microspheres (40โ€“50 ฮผm) of polyacrolein. Smooth and rugged surfaces can be created by varying the polymerization procedure. We have shown that the polyacrolein resins with a high loading of aldehyde groups serve as effective scavengers for

The synthesis of a tris-Boc tri-amino acid and its utility in the generation of dendrimers as inert scaffolds on solid supports is described. These high loading amine functionalized resins were successfully used in the syntheses of small molecules.

We demonstrate here that a new quaternary ammonium salt bearing three amino functionalities can be used to remove electrophiles. In most cases, final products were essentially pure after treatment of the crude reaction mixture with this new scavenger reagent.
