## Abstract Inaccurate staging of colorectal cancer (CRC) has been attributed to the failure to detect lymph node metastases by conventional pathology. We have previously reported the use of lymphatic mapping to accurately identify those lymph nodes most likely to harbor micrometastatic disease and
