✦ Synopsis

In a recent report, we described the features of 14 cases of Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (HHV8/KSHV)-related non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) occurring during the follow-up of 60 HIVinfected patients with multicentric Castleman disease (MCD) [1]. Herein we report a new case of NHL arising in the spermatic cord of a patient from the same cohort study.
