✦ Synopsis
A novel X-filter experiment based on 1 H PFG DQ spectroscopy selection gradients which achieve excellent 13 C-bound prois described. Excellent suppression of proton bound to 13 C and 15 N ton suppression. The pulse sequences for different variants is achieved. Successful application of the method to a proteinof this experiment are shown in Fig. .
