The oral-facial-digital syndromes (OFDS) have in common minor facial and oral anomalies (including tongue lobulation and/ or hamartomas, accessory frenula, and alveolar anomalies) and variable digital defects such as polydactyly. The classification based on the presence of additional findings is no
