✦ Synopsis
Abstract
Das durch Phosgenierung aus α‐Amino‐γ‐thiolbutyrolacton (1) entstehende α‐Isocyanato‐γ‐thiolbutyrolacton (2) reagiert mit Alkoholen, Aminen und Hydrazinen zu Urethanen (3a – c), Harnstoffen (4a – c) bzw. Semicarbaziden (5a – c). Durch Säurekatalyse oder thermische Behandlung bilden 4a – c und 5a – c unter öffnung des Lacton‐Rings die Hydantoine 6a – d bzw. die as‐Triazine 9a – c. Die Strukturen der Verbindungen werden durch NMR‐ und IR‐Spektren bewiesen.
