β¦ Synopsis
Jane and Elizabeth Bennet must find their way in London after leaving Longbourn to the odious Mr. Collins.
While Elizabeth hopes to help her sister find happiness with Mr. Bingley, Mr. Darcy is becoming far more appealing than he had ever been in Hertfordshire when first they met. His business dealings with her uncle promise to keep the gentleman in her company but Caroline Bingley lets slip the reason her brother returned to London instead of offering for Jane.
Elizabeth, with her heart broken by the pain dealt to her mother and sisters, and herself, will not allow Mr. Darcy to win her good opinion. Jane's wedding day brings them together and Elizabeth must decide to follow her heart or spurn him forever.
