Background/Aims: Hepatopulmonary syndrome is defined as a clinical triad including chronic liver disease, abnormal pulmonary gas exchange resulting ultimately in profound arterial hypoxaemia, and evidence of intrapulmonary vascular dilatation. We report five patients with liver cirrhosis diagnosed w
