Endometriosis extending outside the pelvis is unusual but has been reported in several sites including the omentum, bowel, perineum, operative scars, lymph nodes, umbilicus, skin, lungs, and various sites in the urinary However, to our knowledge, there has never been a case reported that has occurred within the liver. We describe such a case and its CT and ultrasound appearance.
