We found OeOuOa to be a heart fermlon compound Mth orthorhombic structure of UeOu~ type. In this report, we present the measurements of its resist~viW from 0.SK to 300K and of specific heat from 1.SK ~o 3OK. The temperature dependence of resistiviw shows Kondo behavior below 30K. The specific heat
