A sharp specific-heat peak at 123.5 K with an enormous increase of the peak-intensity in a narrow temperature step DT of 0.2 K was observed for the perfect stoichiometric magnetite sample, while a broad maximum around 98 K with DT of 20 K was found for the non-stoichiometric one. The surface Verwey
